A young man is working as a constable in Anakapalli Town Police Station. He got married in 2013 to a young woman from Tati Mekari Palem area of Visakhapatnam city. But he used to harass the constable's wife all the time. Once to bring additional dowry, he used to trouble again with suspicion. A torturer. Recently this harassment has increased. The constable noticed the apathetic condition of the mother-in-law.. He harassed the wife more. On the night of 18th of this month, he beat her severely. Without stopping, he shaved with a trimmer. He also removed the eyebrows. The victim broke down in tears and informed the family members. With their cooperation, a complaint was lodged at the fourth town police station. As a result, cases of attempted murder and extra dowry harassment have been registered against the constable. It is reported that the constable has also been arrested. Public associations are expressing concern over this. They want justice for the victimized women.
