AP BJP: Kapu issue has become dominant in elections. This is seen in every election. The Kapus will come to power whichever party they lean towards. That is why all parties try to tame the kapus. In the last election, the guards went towards YCP. This time, however, there is a possibility of walking towards the Jana Sena. Will there be a transfer of votes to the other participating parties as that party is in the alliance? Or? That should be seen. Along with the Janasena in the alliance, the TDP has given priority to the Kapus. But the BJP, which is in the same alliance, has not given the slightest consideration to the Kapus. Tickets are not allotted to that social class. But in the parliament seats, not a single Kapu candidate has been announced in the recently announced assembly seats.
Bharatiya Janata Party has given priority to Kapus in the past. It is known that in the united state, the Reddy social group favored the Congress and the Kamma social group favored the Telugu Desam Party. But when the BJP had an alliance with the Telugu Desam Party in the past, it gave the highest priority to the Kapus. BJP has grown in areas where Kapu social class is dominant. The responsibilities of the state have been entrusted to that social group. The same formula was followed till the bifurcation of the state. Bandi appointed Sanjay for Telangana and Somu Veeraju for AP.
But recently diverted his thinking. Kapus has lost importance in BJP. In Telangana, the bandi avoided Sanjay. Kishan Reddy handed over the reins of the state. Apart from Somu Veerraj in AP too, Purandeshwari who belongs to Kamma social group has been appointed. No tickets were given to Kapus in this election. For 10 Assembly seats and six Parliament seats, not even a single Kapu candidate has been announced. The TDP, which is the partner party, has given tickets to eight candidates. Janasena also announced tickets for ten Kapu leaders. The two parties are yet to announce candidates for nine more seats. At the same time YCP also gave 22 tickets to Kapus. But despite all the parties preferring it, the BJP's neglect of the Kapus is causing resentment among that group.
