Pensions AP Volunteers

AP Pensions: What Chandrababu thought happened. Chandrababu's neck is wrapped up in the pension row in AP. The pensions due to be received by the volunteers on the 1st of every month… have not been received this month. There was a delay in the distribution of pensions for three days. It started from today. But unlike in the past, the beneficiaries faced serious difficulties as they had to go to the secretariat and receive the pension. Especially those who have passed the age of 80 are at risk. In this background, an old woman who went to the secretariat to receive pension in Krishna district got sunburned. Died of illness. This caused an uproar. YCP started campaigning that the old woman died because of TDP's actions.

A voluntary organization led by Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar filed a complaint with the Election Commission seeking to stop the services of volunteers in the wake of the Election Code in AP. It is alleged that there is political expediency behind the continuation of services with those who are receiving honorarium from the government while the code is in force. The Election Commission responded to this. Volunteers were removed from the distribution of welfare schemes. Since then the commotion started. But the distribution of pensions is to be taken up on the first date. But the pensions were not provided till the third date. YCP alleges that the distribution of pensions has stopped due to lack of volunteers. Telugu Desam Party is the reason for this. It is said that Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar complained on Chandrababu's suggestion. But TDP is also reacting to this. The state government has not been able to provide pensions because the treasury is empty.. It has been announced in advance that pensions will be distributed on 3rd of this month.

However, the YCP campaign that the Telugu Desam Party was responsible for the delay in pensions went strong among the people. Chandrababu noted that this is showing negative effects. Corrective measures have been taken. A TDP team was sent to the Chief Secretary of the state government. He also wrote a letter to the Election Commission. In view of the intense sun, he went to the secretariat and said that the old people would find it difficult to get pension, so he appealed to them to go home and provide pension. However, within hours of writing this letter, an old woman died in Penamalur constituency of Krishna district. An old woman who came to the secretariat to collect her pension got sunburned. Died due to severe illness. YCP candidate of Penamalur Constituency, minister Jogi Ramesh, TDP candidate and former MLA Bode Prasad visited the responsible family after learning about the matter. They went to visit at the same time and accused each other. The ranks of YCP raised slogans that Chandrababu should be held responsible for the death of this old lady. As the TDP ranks blocked it, there was a tense situation there. The police rounded up both the groups and sent them away. On the whole, before the election, the consequences of pension will be wrapped around Chandrababu's neck. And TDP ranks are expressing concern over this.
