CM Revanth Reddy: 'We have filled 30 thousand jobs in Telangana in three months. We will keep our word that we will provide 2 lakh jobs in a year. We have given a new Group-1 notification. We gave mega DSC with 11,062 posts.' These are the words spoken by CM Revanth Reddy in the meeting where appointment documents are given to the candidates who have recently secured the jobs of gurus at LB Stadium. But it will surprise everyone that we have filled 30 thousand jobs at the level of CM. Because the Congress government has not given a single job notification out of the 30,000 filled posts. Police, nurses, gurukula teachers, various category posts through TSPSC, all these were announced by the previous BRS government. Some of the exams are conducted and the results are declared. Some are not. As soon as the Congress came to power, it announced the results and created a frenzy for appointment papers. This is an undeniable fact.
How many announced..
And the government has to follow descending order in filling the vacancies of gurukula teachers. But, Congress ignored it. First PGT results declared. Later, due to criticism, the result of degree and junior lecturer was announced. Finally TGT result is given. But not all the subject-wise posts in TGT announced lastly have been filled. 517 posts are left unfilled.
Posts, replacement details..
Let's take a look at the category-wise announced posts and filled up posts in TGT.
– Notification for 488 posts in Telugu subject. But currently only 426 have been filled. 62 posts are not filled.
– Notification was given for filling 516 posts in Hindi subject but only 422 were filled. 94 posts are pending.
– In the subject of Sanskrit, 25 posts were notified but only 14 were filled and 11 vacancies were left pending.
– Notification for 681 posts in English subject. Out of which only 618 were replaced. The remaining 63 are vacant.
– 120 vacancies announced in Urdu subject. But only 49 were replaced. 71 vacancies are pending.
– In Maths, 741 posts were notified but only 675 were filled. Another 66 vacancies are to be filled.
– In science subject, 98 posts were advertised and 85 of them were filled. 13 posts are kept vacant.
– Physical Science.. In this 431 posts are vacant and only 374 have been filled. Another 57 were kept vacant.
– Bio Science.. 327 vacancies have been announced in this subject and currently 301 posts have been filled. 26 posts are kept pending.
– Finally, an announcement was made that there are 579 posts in the social subject. But, only 525 of them were replaced. Another 54 are vacant.
– 3,489 posts were filled while 4006 posts were to be filled. 517 posts are pending.
What is the logic behind the pending?
CM Revanth Reddy and Deputy CM Bhatti Vikramarka have repeatedly announced that they will fill the jobs transparently and without any manipulation. But doubts are being expressed about the pending 517 posts in the TGT category of Gurukul jobs. Neither the government nor the Gurukula Society is announcing why these have been kept pending. They are bragging that 9,000 jobs have been filled in a year at a record level. Candidates suspect that the remaining posts are being sold.
Joining problem..
There is a possibility that another 10 percent jobs will be left as the descending order is not followed in the replacement process. Each candidate secured two to four posts. They will join in only one post. This will leave the remaining three posts. Pending them will result in loss of 1:2 candidates. On the other hand, students are also likely to lose due to vacancies. The candidates want the government to focus on filling up the full posts.
