In this context, it is said that this problem can be avoided if nutritious food items are taken regularly. And what ingredients should be taken to prevent white hair?

If the production of melanin in the body decreases, hair growth stops. Some have hair but it is white. Also this problem is due to stress and lack of vitamins. The body especially needs B12, folic acid, vitamin C, E, zinc, copper iron etc. Lack of time and lack of regular diet leads to white hair. But what kind of ingredients should be taken to prevent gray hair?

A nutrient dense food is boiled egg. It is rich in calcium. This problem can be avoided by consuming some form of egg every day. Some make curd mandatory in meals. Others stay away from curd. But yogurt is rich in Vitamin B12. It keeps the melanin pigment system in order. This prevents white hair.
