After losing consciousness, he was left dead on the road. The tribals, thinking that she was hit by an unknown vehicle, rushed her to Hyderabad Gandhi Hospital. The adivasis were enraged when the victim regained consciousness after a week and told her about the atrocity. Adivasi and tribal groups have called for a bandh on Wednesday. Local riots broke out in this order. The accused Mugdum is working as an auto driver. However, the victim said that when he tried to rape the woman, she resisted and tried to kill her. In this incident, she got seriously injured and became unconscious. She is currently receiving treatment.

Meanwhile, the younger brother of the victim filed a complaint against the accused at the Sirpur police station on September 1 as per the complaint given by the victim who regained consciousness. A case has been registered against the accused under sections of the SC and ST Act including attempted rape and murder. The accused was detained. When the tribal groups went on a bandh on Wednesday condemning the incident, local riots broke out. Many shops were attacked and cars were destroyed.

Curfew imposed..

Telangana DGP has issued key orders in the wake of tense situation in Jainur. Curfew has been announced in Jainur. Curfew will remain in force until the situation is brought under control, he said. Internet services were suspended in that area. The clash between the two groups resulted in stone pelting and several people were injured. A thousand policemen were deployed to bring the situation under control. The area is currently under police guard. The DGP has warned that strict action will be taken if anyone violates the law.
