Satya (Shiva Karthikeyan) hails from Vizag and works as a cartoonist for a leading daily. By nature, Satya is very shy, mother chattu child Annamata. He lives a very normal life with his mother (Sarita) and sister Raji (Manisha Blesli). However, Minister Jayasimha (Miskin) demolishes their own houses where they have been living for many years and forcibly sends them to apartments built by the government. But every day there is a problem in this apartment which is built with very poor quality. These apartments are going to collapse. On the other hand, Minister Jaya Simha is doing illegalities and injustices in the premises of these same apartments.
