He said that the government's aim is to ensure that the economically backward people get maximum benefits through the PMSY scheme. He said that only those whose monthly electricity consumption is less than 300 units will be given priority in this scheme.

After the loan is paid, the solar panel is fully transferred to the name of the beneficiary.
