Mukhachitram movie Review: Actors: Vikas Vashishta, Priya Vadlamani, Chaitanya Rao, Ayesha Khan, Vishwak Sen.

The year will end in a few days. Moreover, there are no big films.. Because of this, small films that have not been released for years are being released one after the other. Recently, 17 films were released simultaneously on Friday. But there are some that have buzz. One of the things that Buzz created was the movie “Mukha Bhimta”. The trailer of this movie looks promising. Moreover, the story and screenplay of Sandeep Raj, who won the national award for Color Photo Cinema, is a special feature of this movie. Vikas Vashishta, who rose to fame with the film Bandi, played the lead role in this film.
Raj Kumar (Vikas Vashishta) is a famous plastic surgeon. Mahathi (Priya Vadlamani) is a girl from a traditional family. Mahathir's photo comes to Rajkumar from a marriage broker. Seeing that photo, Rajkumar decides to marry her.. He comes to Vijayawada for the wedding ceremony. Even Mahathir likes Rajkumar. Both are married in the presence of elders. While this is going on, one day Rajkumar's friend Maya (Ayesha Khan) meets with a road accident.. In this incident her face is seriously injured. The day after this incident, Mahati fell down the stairs and died. But Rajkumar transplants Mahati's face to Maya. How did their lives change after this? How did Mahathir die so suddenly? Was it a natural death? Or did someone commit murder? It will be known by watching the movie.
Post covid there have been a lot of changes in the way audiences watch Movies. Especially the audience likes the engaging screenplay.. but the story of this movie is good. . There was some difficulty in picking it up. The director tries to turn a social issue into a court drama. But he hesitated in the same matter.. In the first part of the movie, the introduction of the characters, the wedding ceremony and the wedding all seem a bit stretched. It would have been better if they had put scissors to these and gone to the original point. Maya's road accident, Mahati's accidental death… lead to twists and turns in the story. But the director failed to say these things so strongly. And in the second off, the real story starts.. After knowing the reason for Mahathir's death, the care starts in the story. After that he designed a court drama. But here Vishwak Sen is seen as a lawyer. However, the director did not write this drama as strongly as the audience expected.. The CC camera recorded the scenes and showed them as evidence, the arguments of the lawyers were plain and simple. But the court drama looks interesting with Vishwaxen's screen presence. The climax is also as expected by the audience.
Who did it and how?
Vikas is once again impressed. Rajakumar's role is a cake walk. Priya Vadlamani is beautiful as Mahathi. Ayesha Khan who acted as Maya pleases the audience. Vishvak's role entertains the audience even though it is a small role. Ravi Shankar's role as a lawyer is impressive. Mir, Chaitanya and Sunil acted to the extent of their roles.
In technical terms
Due to the budget constraints of this film, technically it seems to be ok.. the Songs are not very memorable. Vishwak's dialogues in the second off are entertaining. Although the attempt to show the social problem in the perspective of a thriller is good… the way it was taken is not very connected.. Connecting a mystery death to a courtroom drama and discussing a social problem does not seem very interesting.
