Rythu Bandhu: Government has given good news to Telangana farmers. Rythu Bandhu Scheme is going to become Rythu Bharosa. Along with the name change, the financial support will also increase. When will this scheme start? The government has given a key update on how much will be given to the farmers. Out of the six guarantees announced by the Congress government, four schemes have been started so far. As part of Mahalakshmi Guarantee, free travel for women in RTC buses, increase in Arogyasree limit from Rs.5 lakh to Rs.10 lakh, LPG cylinder for Rs.500 and 200 units of free electricity scheme are being implemented.

Rythu Bandhu.. and Rythu Bharosa..

Rythubandhu scheme is currently running in Telangana. Under this scheme, the previous BRS government provided assistance of Rs.10 thousand per acre per year. The present government has continued the same in this Yasangi. The investment assistance is credited to the farmers' accounts. Rythubandhu Scheme will be converted into Rythu Bharosa from next monsoon. Under this scheme, farmers and tenant farmers will be given Rs. 15 thousand per year as investment assistance.

From next monsoon..

The state government hopes to implement the Rythu Bharosa Scheme from the next monsoon. Generally, monsoon cultivation starts in June after the arrival of monsoons. Revanth Sarkar hopes to provide investment to the farmers at that time. Another thing is.. Rythu Bharosa will be given only for cultivated lands. The previous government also gave Rythu Bandhu to lakhs of ineligible people through Rythu Bandhu. It was found that Rythu Bandhu was also given to uncultivated hills, hills and real ventures. On the other hand, criticism is coming for giving rythubandhu to those who are financially sound. At this juncture, the Congress government is working to provide farmers insurance to the deserving.

Rythubandhu from 2018..

In 2018, the then BRS government started the Rythu Bandhu scheme to support Telangana farmers financially. Every farmer with land was given Rs.10 thousand per acre annually. By August 2023, money has been provided under the Rythubandhu scheme in 11 installments. Till the last monsoon season, Rs.72,910 crore has been deposited in farmers' accounts. Revanth Reddy government also continued Rythu Bandhu in Yasangi.
