Satsankalpa Foundation: The second anniversary of the charitable organization Satsankalpa Foundation was celebrated on May 19 in Connecticut, USA. This program was organized in the name of Indianness. Organizers said that the main purpose of this event is to show the importance of traditional traditions of our country to the diaspora Indians. The program started with the lighting of Jyoti at the portrait of Sadguru Sri Sivanandamurthy. Retired diplomat Mitra Vashishtha was the chief guest and Prajna Singh from the Indian Embassy was the special guest. Shridhar Thallapaka, President and Founder of Satsankalpa Foundation delivered the inaugural address. It is important for everyone to examine their self-righteousness. Impressive cultural performances..
As part of the program, 28 children from various dance companies in Connecticut performed Kuchipudi, Bharatanatyam, Kathak and Odissi dances. The organization also honored the dance instructors of the respective institutes and the founders of six other cultural societies following Sanatana Dharma. The program ended with the singing of the national anthems of both the countries after thanking those who attended the program.
