Sbi Sbi Has Increased The Interest Rates What Are The New Ones

SBI: State Bank of India, the giant of the country's banks, has given the latest good news. Those who make deposits in this bank will get more benefits. Because it revised the interest rates on retail deposits below Rs.2 crore and on bulk deposits above that. In this amendment, it is said that it will come into effect from Wednesday, May 15. As per the details mentioned in the bank's website, the interest rates are as follows.

State Bank of India has increased the interest rate by a maximum of 75 basis points from 46 days to 179 days for Rs 2 crore retail fixed in the bank. The rate for general customers will increase from 4.75 percent to 5.50 percent. The tenure of senior citizens has been increased from 5.25 to 6 percent.

If the same retail deposit is deposited for 180 days to 210 days, it has increased to 6 percent. SBI revised 25 basis points on deposits of less than 211 years. Due to this tenure, general customers will get interest up to 6.25 percent. Senior citizens will get interest up to 6.75.

If we consider the matter of bulk deposits of Rs.2 crore, the interest rate has been increased from 5.25 to 5.75 percent on tenure for 7 to 45 days. Tenure from 46 to 179 days will be increased by 50 basis points to 6.25 percent interest. 6.25 to 6.75 percent interest will be paid to senior citizens.

Tenure for one year will be increased by 20 basis points and general customers will be given 6.80 percent interest. 6.75 to 7 percent interest for 2 to 3 year olds and 7.25 to 7.50 percent interest for seniors.
