Uttar Pradesh: The husband of a woman from Siddhartha Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh state fell seriously ill. He was admitted to Aravali Mark Hospital in Ghazipur area on August 28 to ensure his survival. Unable to bear the bill there, she asked the doctors there to take her husband home. So they collected the fee and put her husband in an ambulance and sent the ambulance driver with her. The woman went to her house in Siddhartha Nagar area with the help of her brother. The ambulance driver asked the woman to sit next to him as the journey began. Even though she didn't agree to that before..he told her once again that the police will stop the vehicle..that's why you should sit in the front. Because of this, she sat next to him. After crossing Ghazipur city, the ambulance driver and his assistant started abusing her. The woman objected to that. Her husband and brother noticed their behavior and started shouting. The ambulance driver and his assistant stopped the vehicle at Chavani Police Station Road. They were dropped on the side of the road. The victim's husband removed the oxygen. They took ten thousand cash and some gold ornaments with her and left.
Police complaint
The woman and her brother called 112 and 108 numbers and disclosed the situation, unable to bear it as he left them on the side of the road in the middle of the night. The police responded immediately. They reached there immediately. Her husband was taken to another hospital.. But there his condition completely worsened.. So he was taken to a medical college in Gorakhpur area. While being taken there, he lost his life on the way. Due to this, the victim woman is crying. Ghazipur's DCP Jitendra Dubey spoke on this..”We received a complaint from the victim woman. The dead body has been sent for postmortem. Details are yet to be gathered in this case. We observed the movements of the ambulance driver through CC footage. We collected the details of the ambulance driver from the hospital administrators in Siddhartha Nagar. “We will soon conduct a more in-depth investigation regarding this case,” ADCP said.
