Adi Shankaracharya : The superpower is making plans to erect a huge statue of Jagadguru Adi Shankaracharya in America. Mocharla Sasibhushan, a Telugu native, stands as the cornerstone of this great structure. About 500 acres of land has already been acquired for this purpose. Many structures will be erected here to show the greatness of India. Shankaracharya statue will be the main attraction. Research on the construction of the statue is going on. It is estimated that the construction of this statue will cost around Rs.200 crores.

The organizers hope to start the construction work of the 108 feet statue of Adi Shankaracharya in the presence of Indian presidents and heads of state. Shasibhushan said that the US government is getting support for this. It is reported that the project was started with the blessings of Kurtala president Siddheshwarananda Bharathiswami.
