AP Elections 2024: All parties eye on Uttarandhra. Trying to get majority seats. In the last few days, along with Chandrababu, Jagan has focused on Uttarandhra. While Chandrababu was holding meetings in the name of Prajagalam, Jagan touched all the constituencies as part of his bus trip. Pawan participated in the election campaign in Nellimarla constituency along with Chandrababu. That is why Jagan along with Chandrababu went ahead with a special strategy.
After the emergence of Telugu Desam Party, Uttar Andhra has been supporting that party. Even if it did not come to power in the state, TDP would retain its dominance in Uttar Andhra. But the party suffered a heavy defeat in the last election. Out of 34 constituencies, it won only in six places. It has settled with four constituencies in Visakhapatnam city and two seats in Srikakulam district. In Vizianagaram, YSP did a white wash. That's why Chandrababu was alerted to prevent that situation from arising this time. As part of the alliances, four assembly seats were allotted to Jana Sena and two seats to BJP. Chandrababu conducted election campaign in Uttar Andhra for four days from 22nd of this month for the victory of alliance candidates. On the other hand, as part of the alliance, an attempt was made to quell the dissatisfaction that had arisen in the matter of seat allocation. It was successful to some extent.
Jagan ended his bus trip in Uttarandhra. This bus trip, which we are all conducting across the state in the name of Syarat.. changed its shape when it entered Uttarandhra. Mainly Jagan tried to sensitize the people by mentioning the backwardness of Uttarandhra and capital issue. In the last election, YCP won 28 seats in Uttarandhra. Jagan is trying to get majority seats this time too. That is why they are saying that they can do it if they come to power along with the welfare schemes of the government. People are being called not to fall into the trap of the opposition. On the other hand, wherever the party is lagging behind, corrective measures have been taken. Steps were taken to put a full stop to the differences between the leaders.
The fight is going on in 34 constituencies. While favorable conditions are being created for the alliance in Visakha district, YCP is optimistic in Vizianagaram. In Srikakulam district, however, there is a situation like you or me. Jana Sena will influence the victory. In the last elections, Jana Sena got significant votes almost in fishing areas. They caused the victory of YCP there. That is why TDP is expecting that Janasena vote bank will come together this time. YSP is confident that welfare schemes will come together for them.
