AP SKOCH Award: Jagan Sarkar gets another rare honour. It has achieved recognition at the national level by providing good governance.' AP has been ranked 3rd in Koch State of Governance Report-2023. AP, which is at the fourth position in the 2022 report. It is noteworthy that it is the only state selected from the southern states. Odisha is in the first place, Uttar Pradesh is in the second place, AP is in the third place, Maharashtra is in the fourth place and Gujarat is in the fifth place.
It is known that YCP has been implementing welfare schemes on a large scale after coming to power. Cash is being deposited directly into the accounts of every eligible person irrespective of politics. It is known that village secretariats, farmer assurance centers and wellness centers have been built to bring governance to rural areas. One volunteer has been appointed for every 50 families to provide civic services and welfare schemes. The ration is delivered directly to the home. Social pensions are provided directly to the beneficiaries. Large-scale house construction was undertaken. The same was found in the Scotch State of Governance survey. It is clear that YCP has laid great emphasis on rural development. That's why AP is in the third position.
It is remarkable that the Department of Rural Development has got this rare recognition. YCP sources express happiness that AP has got this recognition at the national level as a result of Jagan's policies and revolutionary reforms. It seems that this achievement is possible only because of transparent governance and bringing government services to the people. It is remarkable that AP is leading in the survey conducted by Scotch organization right before the elections. YCP sources feel that this will be a rallying point in the elections.
