Dubai Rains: It has been raining for a few days in the desert country of the United Arab Emirates, which is suffocated by intense sun and dry weather. Floods are flooding. Many parts of Dubai were submerged in water due to sudden rains. Severe storms and heavy rains are bringing life to a standstill. A record rainfall of 142 mm was recorded in 24 hours. Officials claim that such rains have never occurred. Environmentalists point out that cloud seeding is responsible for torrential rains in an area that receives very little rainfall.
