Kalvakuntla Kavitha : “Kavitha was not expected to be arrested in the liquor case. Because Bharat Rashtra Samithi MLC Kavitha filed a petition in the Supreme Court challenging the summons issued by the enforcement officials in the Delhi liquor scam case. The Supreme Court adjourned this petition to the 19th of this month. Kavitha alleged that CrPC norms were not followed while interrogating the women. He said that the ED should be directed not to take any action against him. The ED told the Supreme Court that no action will be taken till the judgment on this petition is delivered.
