Karnataka: When there is an unexpected big accident, if someone gets out of it, it is a tough baby.. A child who fell into a bore well in Karnataka felt the same way. Rescuers brought out the child who was in the bore well for 20 hours safely. The NDRF and SDRF teams worked for 20 hours and brought out the child alive. The incident took place on April 4 in Vijayapuri district of Karnataka state.
Playing at the farm..
Satish Mujagonda, a resident of Lachayana village in Vijayapura district, dug a borehole in his four-acre farm near his house recently. As the water did not fall, he left it as it was. In this sequence, Satish's two-year-old son fell into it while playing on Wednesday (April 3). He was stuck at a depth of about 16 feet. Hearing the child's cry, the locals immediately informed the boy's parents. Later the matter was told to the authorities. On receiving the information, the officials took rescue measures. As per the instructions of the officials, the NDRF and SDRF teams started the rescue operation at 6.30 pm on Wednesday. A 21 feet deep pit was dug parallel to the bore. Later, the boy was brought out with the help of an excavator.
Transfer to hospital..
The child, who was in the borehole for about 20 hours, was immediately taken to the hospital by the staff. Before taking out.. Ambulance and medical staff were kept ready. The boy was brought out and given first aid. Later he was taken to the hospital for better treatment.
After a total of 20 hours of rescue operation, everyone breathed a sigh of relief when the boy came out. He congratulated the staff who conducted the rescue operation.
