Even after applying for regularization and paying the prescribed fees in Jivo, some places have not yet been registered and given the convention deed. The government has decided to stop such files everywhere. It is reported that there are up to 1000 such files across the country. But the government sources estimate that their value will be in crores. Most of the files regularized under GIO 59 are in Rangareddy, Medchal, Malkajgiri and Sangareddy districts. Legal experts say that if it is found that any irregularities have been committed in the re-verification, if it is decided to cancel them, the beneficiaries will have a chance to approach the courts. However, if there are any mistakes or irregularities in the information submitted by the applicant, the government always has the option to reject the regularization based on them. The government will also take a declaration beforehand that all the information given is correct. Since it is illegal to show that there are no structures, the government has the power to say in the court that it is being canceled on this basis. There are also opportunities for the government to take legal action against those who submit false applications. And the government has the power to take action against the revenue officials in this matter. So, there is no doubt that Revanth's re-verification of JV 59 which was brought during KCR's regime is not likely to lead to more sensationalism in the days to come.
