KE Prabhakar: When Kurnool district comes to mind, there are a few families. Especially the Kotla and KE families have been doing politics for decades. Politics used to run like a wedge between two families. There was a bitter quarrel. Vijayabhaskar Reddy from Kotla family and Krishnamurthy from KE family used to run politics. KE's reign started with the Telugu Desam Party. Till then Kotla Vijaya Bhaskar Reddy ruled the politics of Kurnool.. With the emergence of TDP.. every time that party came to power, the family of KE Krishnamurthy influenced the politics of Kurnool. But now the Kotla family has created a rift in the KE family. Prabhakar decided to join YCP after the Kotla family lost the seat that Krishnamurthy's brother Prabhakar was hoping for.

The Congress party was badly damaged in the wake of the state's bifurcation. Due to this, the Kotla family joined the TDP before the last elections. Due to this, the Kotla and KE families came together, forgetting the decades of enmity. But in the last election, two families were swept away in Jagan's prabhanjana. Jai family in Pattikonda and Don, Kurnool MP and Kotla family lost in Alur. This broke the unity between the two families. For the last five years, the families have met only rarely. However, the political alignments have changed in this election. As part of the alliance, seats had to be adjusted for the other two parties.. Chandrababu used scissors in the matter of family tickets. One ticket was given to KE's family as part of that. The Doan constituency was allotted to the Kotla family. With this development, KE Krishnamurthy's brother Prabhakar decided to leave TDP.

KE Prabhakar worked hard in Telugu Desam Party. Prabhakar was at the forefront of strengthening Krishnamurthy's leadership. Prabhakar succeeded in coordinating the party against minister Buggana Rajendranath Reddy in Doan constituency. But Prabhakar's name was not given the slightest consideration and he became depressed. But at the same time, it is reported that Prabhakar got an open offer from YCP. It seems that Jagan has said that if he joins the YCP, he will allot the Kurnool MP seat. Presently, YCP has announced BY Ramaiah as Kurnool MP candidate. At first, Gummanur Jayaram was announced as a candidate.. He refused. He asked for allocation of Aluru assembly seat. When Jagan did not agree, he left the Telugu Desam Party. Due to this, BY Ramaiah, who is the mayor of Kurnool, had to be announced as a candidate. Now KE Prabhakar, who is unhappy with TDP, appears as a ray of hope for YCP. After not getting a ticket in TDP, it is certain that Prabhakar will join YCP after getting an MP seat offer. All in all, it is a sensation that the KE family, who worked for a long time in TDP, turned towards YCP.
