KTR: Telangana's former important minister Kalvakuntla Tarakarama Rao faced protest for the first time after his defeat in the assembly elections. In his position as an important minister of that time, he repeatedly said that he was there for everyone when he was in power and even if the CM was not there, the local leaders met the people and solved the problems. Alerted, the leaders around him were careful not to touch KTR. Later he asked if this is what Ramadu told KTR. He asked what the police were doing. He asked if he was afraid. As there was no possibility to continue the corner meeting, they turned back disappointed. The police also dispersed the protesters.

Meanwhile, the Bhainsa police are arresting those who attacked KTR with onions and tomatoes. While the attack took place on Thursday, 20 people were detained on Friday. BJP leaders are expressing anger over the actions of the police. BJLP leader Maheshwar Reddy, Mudhol and Adilabad MLAs faulted the behavior of the police. Everyone has the right to protest in a democracy. They demanded the immediate release of those arrested.
