MLC By Election: A by-election will be held for the vacant post of MLC of Warangal-Khammam-Nalgonda graduates in Telangana. The Election Commission has released the schedule on Thursday (April 25). It is noteworthy that the schedule was released within a few hours after the Congress Party candidate was finalized.
Notification on May 2.
The EC said that the by-election notification for Warangal-Khammam-Nalgonda MLC posts will be released on May 2. Nominations will be accepted from the same day till May 9. It has been revealed that the nominations will be examined on May 10. The deadline for withdrawal of nominations will be till May 13.
Voter list is ready..
On the other hand, the district administration is ready to conduct the elections whenever the notification comes. Voter registration of graduates has already been done online and offline. The officials who have received the applications have prepared the final list of the voters who have conducted door-to-door investigation. The list was also released. There are 4,61,806 voters in Warangal, Khammam and Nalgonda graduates MLC constituency. There are 5,05,565 voters in the 2021 elections. 43,759 voters have decreased compared to last year. Graduates showed disinterest in voter registration. Women voters have increased by 1,930. Male voters decreased by 45,627 and others by 62.
