The reason for this is because of Tamannaah's promotion of the Fair Play app. That's why they have called her as a witness for the investigation, says the Maharashtra Cyber Crime Police. On the other hand, the Maharashtra Cybercrime Police claims that it has also issued a notice to Bollywood's senior actor Sanjay Dutt in the same case. He is also scheduled to attend the hearing on 23rd of this month. But he could not attend due to personal reasons. Sanjay Dutt asked the police to give him another date to attend the hearing. Viacom is alleging that the Pair Play app telecasted the IPL matches against the rules and caused us a loss of up to 100 crores.
