YCP: Journalists who can't survive.. Jagan's government is just that

YCP: Journalists who bring everyone's problems to light are losing direction. There is no solution to their problems. There is no justice in any government. Among the four foundations of democracy, those who work in the media, which is one of the foundations, are not getting proper government assurance. Apart from government ID cards and RTC bus pass, no other benefits are available. Political parties who claim to implement welfare by competing.. are giving hand when it comes to journalists. It is becoming the norm to hide before elections.. and forget later.

What Chandrababu Sarkar did with regard to the residences of journalists, now Jagan Sarkar has followed the same. Just before the 2019 elections, a Jio was issued regarding the houses and places of the journalists. The application process has started. In the meantime, the election notification has been received.. the process has been lost. Same scene now. Ignoring journalists for the last five years, two months before the elections, the process of the places started. Applications were taken from thousands of people. An update is given once a week. Two months have been completed for the application process. When the Tira Election Code was announced, all these applications went into the dustbin.

Perni Nani is ahead of Trivikram Srinivas in speaking. He is former Minister of Information and Broadcasting. He belongs to Machilipatnam Constituency. He has great love for journalists. But the application file of journalists who were supposed to be in the Machilipatnam Collectorate, which he represents, was found in the garbage heap. When the journalists brought this matter to the attention of former Minister Kollu Ravindra, he met the DD of the Information Department. But they tried to escape that the file was lost.

But not only in Machilipatnam, not even a single house was granted to journalists in any district. Houses are not allocated. Reporters working in mandals earn less than 2000 rupees. Also, stop reporters and desk journalists are being pushed with exorbitant salaries. They are working in the district centers.. They are stuck without their own house. They do not have the necessary income to live with dignity in the society.. They continue to suffer in the profession where there is no other alternative. The employers also do not care. The governments here are ignoring their problems. If the Telugu Desam Party comes to power today, Andhra Jyoti… YCP Sakshi media is only getting better if it comes to power. A section of the media is getting a hefty income. But the journalists who work in them are constant victims. No government is giving them independence. This is the way all governments deal with journalists.
