Cottonseed oil

This oil gets its name because it is made from cotton seeds. It is high in Omega 6 fatty acid content. Consuming too much of it can cause stomach inflammation and other health problems. So this oil should be used as little as possible.

Hydrogenated oils

These oils are made through a process called hydrogenation. Solid fats are converted into liquid oil through this process. Cholesterol level is high in it. Widespread use of such oil can lead to heart disease. In that case it is better not to use these oils.

A blend of vegetable oils

These oils are made from soybean, corn and poddu turugudu seeds. It is high in Omega-6 fatty acids.. If this oil is consumed in excess, it can cause stomach inflammation and other health problems. In that case it is better not to take these.
