Since Bharatiya Janata Party came to power till today, 95% cases have been registered against opposition leaders and their close associates. This includes 5,150 cases against opposition leaders. This includes up to 24 convicted or proven cases. CBI has registered 124 cases in last ten years. In this, 118 cases have been registered against opposition leaders. 95 percent of the cases filed by ED and CBI are against opposition leaders. Only 0.42 percent of these were convicted. There are 99.54 percent of cases that are either unconvicted or under investigation.
