The person you are about to read about is also someone who has made such a love even more so. His name is Balakishan Rajput. Native place is Barua village in Hamirpur district of Uttar Pradesh. His age is 64 years. Balakishan likes to grow a moustache. He has been growing his mustache for the past 35 years. Paste amla juice in buttermilk and apply it to the mustache. So his mustache is currently 24 inches long. Even when his father died, his mustache was not cut.
Bal Kishan is a farmer by profession. He has a wife and children. There is a very interesting story behind him growing a moustache. One day in 1991, the police arrested Bal Kishan. Even though he questioned why, the police did not give a clear answer. They took him to the police station in their vehicle. He was put in lockup there. Police brought some others like him to the police station. They also all have huge mustaches. One of them has a 24 inch mustache. After that the Magistrate came there.. All those who were in lockup were brought before him.. The police did all this to identify Lakhan Singh, a thief belonging to Poolan Devi gang. Back then, ball cushion whiskers were only 8 inches. Then the Municipal Magistrate looked at him and smiled. They scolded him and spoke mockingly. At that moment, Bal Kishan decided to grow a moustache. But later Bal Kishan came to know about Lakhan Singh, a man with a 24 inch mustache in that lockup.
After coming out of the police station, Bal Kishan started growing a moustache. They eat nutrients to grow vegetatively. In the end, even when their father died, the mustache was not cut. He removed all the remaining hairs leaving them. Bal Kishan has been growing his mustache for almost 33 years. They brought him much fame. Eventually the women of the area also admired his moustache. In an event held in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, he was also given a prize of five thousand rupees for growing a moustache.. But recently Bal Kishan's son-in-law was murdered. He participated in the Janata Durbar to complain about it. He submitted a complaint to Chief Minister Adityanath and asked him to take action against the accused.
